Motivators is the perfect companion tool to pair with DISC. The Motivators assessment measures the “Seven Dimensions of Motivation” which everyone possesses in varying degrees. While other values-based assessments measure only six of these motivators, our Motivators report offers you a greater level of precision by separating the “Political” and “Individual” scores. Whereas the DISC assessment will predict how someone will behave, Motivators gives you the why. Being able to measure and understand how and why someone will behave is critical to making sure that your staff is performing at its peak as well as uncovering the source(s) of communication breakdown.
