What We Do
Most of what we do revolves around workshops for Pastors and church leaders. Through our one day seminar, Tom gives practical, helpful, and insightful tips into becoming better leaders. But we’re not just here with a pre-packaged plan. We are here to help you, and you usually know in which areas you need help better than we do. If you have a specific area of concern in your ministry such as volunteer recruitment or training, teamwork among your staff, or even strategic planning – we can help. We will tailor our workshop to fill the gap you need filled.
If you need more personalized help, Tom accepts a limited number of Pastors for personal coaching. Through coaching, Tom can help you become better focused, more productive, and help you find your purpose in ministry.
We can also help you discover what may have become “blind spots” for your church. We are available for site visits to help you locate areas in which a few tweaks can help net you great results. Our goal is not growth. Our goal is health. Locating areas in which you can operate healthier, can also help facilitate more growth. But we always place health first. You don’t want to grow something that is not healthy. Neither do we.

At the heart of what we do lies leadership development. Without good leadership, none of the other things you achieve will matter. If you don’t have good leadership, you cannot sustain any real health, growth, or teamwork in your church or business. We believe in developing leadership at home.
